- If you're not happy with our product for any reason whatsoever, we offer a no-questions-asked refund (well, we would like to know your thoughts). Here's what we ask you to do:
- Call our Customer Service Department (800.699.0460, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) within 30 days of your orders shipment, and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return the unused portion of your purchase within 10 days of receiving your Return Authorization number, and we'll refund your order (minus shipping charges). Please return all unopened items for which you're requesting a refund. Refunds are limited to one per person/address.
- Make sure you include your RA number on the outside of your return package to ensure your refund. This one is very important!
- Allow 3-4 weeks for the refund to appear on the credit card you used to make your purchase.
- Please let us know in a note, an email, or when you call our Customer Service Department (800.699.0460), why you are returning your CherryPharm. We'd appreciate that, and itll help us serve you and others like you better in the future.

Unfortunately, we are unable refund you for any cheribundi™ products that do not, for whatever reason, arrive at our facility. We suggest using a delivery service that provides tracking (such as UPS or FedEx or Return-Receipt USPS).
